Shipping:
We are a build to order business. Please remember it is just my husband and I making these frames. We ask that you to allow a 2 -4 week delivery time after receipt of order.
Items that are in stock should arrive within a weeks time after receipt of order.
Returns:
Frame Love has a 14 day money back guarantee. We're confident you'll be very happy with anything you purchase, but if for some reason we do not meet your expectations, you may return it for a full refund or replacement within 14 days. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION is our top priority.
Damages:
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. We will only accept returns of damaged items within 48 hours of your receipt of products. If an item is damaged in transit, please call us immediately. Re-package the item using all of the original packing material. Upon receipt of the damaged item, Frame Love will either issue a credit or replace the item.
